On October 8, 2022, there was an explosion on in the infamous Crimean Bridge, destroying two sections of the roadway connecting Russia and Crimea. As of late November 2022, it was unknown who was responsible for the explosion (though there are many theories), but Ukraine celebrated the event, nonetheless. This is because Russia illegally annexed Crimea from Ukraine in 2014 and then built a bridge connecting it to Russia.
